Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Because the treatment is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

- For the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: carry out market studies, statistical analyzes, etc. and process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements dictate their safekeeping. When no longer necessary for this purpose, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Who do we provide your personal information?

In the event that not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD (Spanish Data Protection Act) to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so they can exercise them.
